STILBRICK Desktop ATE

STILBRICK is an FPGA-based desktop engineering test solution powered by Roguevation software & firmware.

A small and lightweight footprint combined with quiet low-rpm brushless fans makes this station ideal for lab or office environments. STILBRICK is powered by 100–240 VAC 50/60 Hz from any wall outlet. Roguevation Rhythm ATE O/S connects via a USB3 cable from any Windows PC. DUT boards are easily installed and removed by hand.

STILBRICK Architecture

Roguevation’s STIL ENGINE Architecture is a complete digital ATE solution in firmware. The programmable nature of FPGAs allows STILBRICK to continuously evolve with new options and capabilities. 

WHAT’S INSIDE:

STILBRICK is assembled with 4 main modules:

  • AMD ZYNQ FPGA
  • (2) SODIMMs
    • Pattern source & capture
    • Pattern source & capture
  • (4) PE/PMU Modules
  • USB3 Module

The cabinet, ac power, and fans are EMI filtered. Large brushless fans operate at low RPMs to provide a quiet office friendly environment. The Rhythm software includes a complete set of diagnostics to isolate any faults. 

DUT Interface

50Ω cables deliver digital signals from the pin electronics to the system interface. DUT boards attach via 2 high-performance connectors to deliver clean waveforms to the DUT. DUT boards are indexed with 2 guide pins making installation and removal a simple operation using the handles on the stiffener.
